Welcome to JoCare Organisation, a pioneering Non-Governmental Organization (NGO) committed to improving Sexual and Reproductive Health (SRH) and Mental Health services in Rwanda. We focus on empowering the most vulnerable, including teen mothers, individuals with disabilities, and Underserved communities.

About Us
JoCare Organisation was founded by Dr. Jerome NSHIMIYIMANA, a licensed medical doctor in RWANDA, and the team, to address urgent healthcare needs in Rwanda. Initially focused on inclusive SRH, JoCare has expanded to include Mental Health services, vocational support, and public health research to generate evidence-based information that informs stakeholders and policymakers.
Our mission is to enhance SRH and Mental Health services by providing inclusive education, vocational training, and community support.
